● All vendors will be held to strictly vegan standards. No animal products are allowed to be sold,
including food items, crafts, cosmetics, or any item manufactured with animal testing.

● For the safety of all, No Pets are allowed.

● Vendors are responsible for all set up and clean up of their booths, including tents, chairs, tables, etc.

● Tents must be adequately staked/weighted. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment.

● All food vendors must provide a trash can at their booths. Vendors are responsible for their trash cans.

● Vendor spaces will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis at the and assigned by the event organizer.

● All vendor spaces are on grass, unless otherwise discussed with event organizers prior to the event day.

● Electricity is available on a first come, first serve reservation.

● Vendor booths are expected to have a professional appearance (no plastic tablecloths, appropriate signage, etc.)

● Styrofoam serving wear is not permitted.

● There is limited cell service on site, please request wifi access prior to the event if necessary.

● The event organizers reserve the right to decline any application.

● Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits or authorizations needed to operate in GA.

● Food vendors with heated food must have adequate quality fire extinguishers readily acceptable.

● The event organizers reserve the right to limit the number of vendors with the same types of food or products.

● If dangerous weather (i.e. a hurricane) is forecast, the event will be rescheduled to the following Sunday.

● Vendor fees are due upon application and before social media promotion.
No refunds.

Flying Pig Animal Sanctuary at Hippie Chick N Farm Inc., Autumn Skye Franklin and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Pumpkins for Piggies Fall Festival.
